Welcoming new employees on board is something that people are not very fond of! They either follow the strategy of documentation or a cliché office tour. However, I am sure these are not the ways you welcome your employees! However, fastest growing MLM companies are now gearing up to come up with some unique ideas to welcome their new employees. After all, impressing and motivating your downline is very important. So, do you want your employees to feel welcomed then scroll on!

Throw Induction Session & A Welcome Party:

Conduct an induction session, wherein the HR department can undertake their documentation procedures. Not only this, but the company can also brief them about the company and other facets. Thereafter, you can wind up the tiring day with a welcome bash to let them get accustomed with other employees in a better way. With this, they will get comfortable and work for the betterment of the company.

Draw A Hierarchy Of Your Company:

Many new employees get confused about the hierarchy about the company and to wipe out that confusion you can sketch out a hierarchy for them. With this, they will not only remember the hierarchy but also the names. With the hierarchy you can also affix photos so that they remember faces too! If time and also space permits, it would be great if you mention their numbers or extension numbers too!

Welcome Note Or A Greeting Card:

When the employee arrives that his own desk, surprise him with a welcome note or a greeting card. A handwritten note will definitely do wonders and bridge the gap. To add to the surprise you can also attach team photo and believe me the new employee will be bowled over by this gesture!

You can either help new employees by asking some concerned person to mentor them or give them resources that will help them to cope with the office atmosphere. If you are assigning a person then ask him to make the employees comfortable by joining them for lunch, tea-breaks and also giving them guidance in terms of work.

Show Interest:

When a new employee steps in your office, try and mingle with him/her and make him comfortable. Take a lead and introduce yourself and the team. Also, tell them about the working environment of the company. With this they will not only gel with you, but also with the work ethics of the company.

Call From The Seniors:

A call from the seniors will definitely leave the employees speechless. Although, many seniors prefer leaving voicemail or some other form of message for welcoming, but calling them personally will definitely do wonders helping in making a stronger bond.
