Short Breaks:<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n

After working for a while rather slogging monotonously, several employees may suffer a mental block. Unless and until they don\u2019t take a break, they can’t think further and this might be a losing situation for a company. So, to avoid this, it\u2019s better to have short breaks so that they can break the tense environment and start thinking afresh.<\/span><\/p>\n

Design Reward Structure:<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n

Who doesn\u2019t like to get rewarded? Everybody does! Thus, to avoid wastage of time, design strategy wherein they can work harder to win the rewards. These rewards can be in the form of cash or goodies, but that thoroughly depends on the company policy. Training For Less Productive Resources:<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n

Some resources tend to be slow and unproductive, but do not feel disheartened. Try and arrange training sessions for them so that they do not waste time.
